Godox X5S TTL Wireless Trigger for iT32 Flash (Sony)

The Godox X5S TTL wireless flash trigger is designed to integrate seamlessly with the separately available iT32 mini flash, adding hot shoe connectivity and dependable flash triggering for compatible Sony cameras. This X5S version features a Sony specific hot shoe and attaches quickly to the iT32 through a magnetic interface. By aligning the trigger with the base of the flash, it automatically snaps into place, after which the locking ring is rotated to mount the unit securely into the camera's hot shoe. Once locked, the connection is stable and ready for on camera shooting or wireless flash control.

When paired with the iT32 mini flash, the X5S supports a wide range of Sony mirrorless and DSLR camera models, allowing photographers to work across multiple generations of Alpha series bodies with a single lighting solution. This broad compatibility makes the iT32 and X5S combination a flexible option for Sony shooters using different camera systems.

Used together in the combined iT32 and X5 configuration, the X5S can also function as a sender to wirelessly trigger and control additional Godox flashes. It integrates fully with the Godox X wireless system and can communicate with compatible receiver units such as the AD100Pro II, AD200Pro II, AD600Pro II, AD600BM II, iT30Pro, V100, V480, and Lux Master series flashes. This capability allows the setup to serve as a central control point for more advanced multi light lighting arrangements.

The X5S operates without a traditional power switch, instead relying on color indicators to communicate status. When attached to the iT32, users can check the trigger’s battery level directly through the flash menu. Power is supplied by an internal 3.8V 100mAh lithium battery that charges automatically when connected to the iT32. A full charge takes approximately three hours, and once charged, the battery delivers up to sixteen hours of operating time for extended shooting sessions.
