Returns and Exchanges
At McBain, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If any purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 15-day refund and a 30-day exchange period.
Returns or exchanges must be undamaged and complete with all original packaging. Merchandise may not be accepted, or a restocking fee will apply if parts, packaging or components are missing or damaged. The original invoice must be presented for any refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges for online purchases can be shipped by mail. Please get in touch with McBain Camera's order desk to receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. The cardholder must be present for refunds on credit or debit cards. Cash refunds over $250 will be issued by company check within 5 business days.
Returns and exchanges are not offered on the following products:
- Ink and paper
- Open printers
- Open/activated software
- Alkaline batteries
- Headphones/Earbuds (returns available for unopened box only)
- All photo lab & gifting
- All DJI brand products
Special order item cancellations or returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The responsibility of return shipping, freight, and insurance charges are based on circumstances and must be assessed by a McBain team member. We reserve the right to charge for return shipping.
