The advanced one-inch CMOS sensor works in tandem with ultra-wide lenses to produce high-resolution 360 degree footage with minimal power usage. Thanks to an f one point nine aperture, low-light scenes remain sharp and bright. The camera supports 8K 360 degree video with a significant quality boost over older sensors, and it can also shoot 6K at 60 frames per second or cinematic 4K at 100 frames per second in 360 for smooth slow-motion playback

Switching to single-lens mode unlocks 4K at 120 frames per second with an expansive one hundred seventy degree field of view, or 5K at 60 frames per second with a slightly narrower one hundred fifty five degree angle. To ensure no moments are missed, the prerecord function captures footage from five seconds up to five minutes before you press record. The camera features one hundred twenty eight gigabytes of internal storage and supports microSD cards up to one terabyte, providing ample space for high-quality recording

Hands-free operation is easy with gesture and voice control. You can start or stop recording using hand motions, even with gloves on, or rely on voice commands for convenience during action shots. For creators looking for post-production flexibility, the Osmo 360 supports ten-bit color and offers a flat color profile that boosts dynamic range and preserves detail in highlights and shadows

Audio options are just as advanced. You can connect up to two DJI wireless microphone transmitters for high-quality input, while the built-in microphones offer audio backup that captures ambient sound to enhance atmosphere. The magnetic quick-release design allows for fast switching between mounts and accessories, and it includes a standard mounting thread for universal use

Built to handle the elements, the Osmo 360 has an IP sixty eight waterproof rating and can be used underwater at depths of up to thirty two point eight feet. It remains functional in cold weather down to minus four degrees Fahrenheit and records for up to one and a half hours in extreme conditions. A waterproof case is recommended for extended underwater use to minimize image distortion caused by the dual fisheye lenses

Using a selfie stick, the camera produces the invisible stick effect that removes the stick from the video automatically, giving a drone-like third-person perspective without the need for editing. The Osmo 360 also supports integration with third-party data sources such as Apple Watch and Garmin devices, allowing activity data to be displayed on screen alongside your footage

The efficient sensor and cooling system enable up to one hundred minutes of continuous 8K recording. The included battery works with all Osmo Action series cameras, and with the optional Battery Extension Rod, you can extend runtime by an additional one hundred eighty minutes. Fast charging allows recovery of up to fifty percent power in just twelve minutes through the USB port

Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, allowing control and file transfer through the DJI Studio app. Wireless transfers reach speeds of up to ninety megabytes per second, or connect via USB Type-C for speeds up to six hundred megabytes per second. You can also pair a Bluetooth headset for audio monitoring and voice control support

Stabilization features include HorizonSteady and RockSteady version three, which work together to keep video smooth and level in both 360 degree and single-lens modes. These technologies reduce shake and maintain impact in dynamic scenes. Optional accessory kits are available for motorcycle, cycling, snow sports, vlogging, and travel use, providing more ways to get creative with the Osmo 360 camera in any setting
