Promaster Mount Adapter for Canon EF to RF With Autofocus
The ProMaster 5154 adapter connects Canon EF lenses to Canon RF mount cameras, maintaining autofocus and adding a tripod quick release that's dovetail (arca-type) compatible.
Constructed with an all-metal housing and metal lens mounts, this adapter is built for long-lasting durability. It contains the necessary electrical contacts to ensure EF/EF-S lenses communicate with Canon mirrorless cameras via the RF mount, enabling proper autofocus, metering, and image stabilization.
Besides adapting EF lenses to RF mounts, the ProMaster 5154 features a built-in tripod foot compatible with arca-type dovetails. This allows quick attachment to compatible tripods, letting you swap lenses and camera bodies while the adapter stays connected to the tripod. The foot includes a common 1/4"-20 threaded port and can be removed using the included tool if preferred.
The adapter comes with front and rear dust caps, useful for keeping it clean when mounted to a camera without a lens or attached to a lens without a camera.
