Sigma introduces the 28-45mm f/1.8 DG DN Art Lens, the world's first zoom lens for full-frame mirrorless cameras with a constant f/1.8 aperture throughout the zoom range. This lens offers prime-like optical performance combined with a video-friendly design, making it perfect for a wide range of shooting scenarios. Its wide-to-normal focal range ensures you can carry a lighter kit without compromising image quality.

The lens comprises 18 elements in 15 groups, including three aspherical and five Special Low Dispersion elements to reduce flare, ghosting, and various aberrations. This design achieves optical performance on par with other Sigma Art lenses, including primes. The 11-blade rounded diaphragm enhances sharpness and produces smooth bokeh when used wide open.

Additionally, the lens maintains an 11.9" minimum focusing distance throughout the zoom range and achieves a maximum magnification ratio of 1:4 at its longest focal length. This increases depth of field and versatility, especially in tight spaces.
