The J-arm allows you to attach any GoPro Hero camera and enables the GoPro to be adjusted up-and-down and side-to-side by adjusting the thumb screws. The point-and-shoot plate connects the adapter plate to any slim bodied point-and-shoot camera with a 1/4"-20 tripod thread. It allows you to shoot point-of-view video or carry your point-and-shoot camera in a low-profile manner by folding it flat against your body.
