Created in collaboration with photographer Peter McKinnon, the Nomatic McKinnon 35L Camera Backpack is purpose built for one to three day trips, giving you the ability to carry both your camera gear and clothing in a single streamlined bag. Smart design elements such as quick side access to the primary camera body, dedicated compartments for clothing and equipment, and an expandable layout that adds an extra 7L of capacity make it exceptionally versatile for travel. Numerous pockets keep essentials organized, from phones and passports to laptops and tablets, making it a reliable companion for any photography adventure. The exterior features a full wraparound zipper that expands the clothing section for additional storage, along with water resistant tarpaulin material and waterproof zippers fitted with large anodized aluminum pulls for durability in unpredictable conditions. A magnetic closure pocket holds a water bottle or travel tripod, and a zippered side opening provides direct entry to the main camera compartment. A deep front accessory pocket with a key clip and internal document sleeve keeps small items within easy reach, while a padded rear access laptop compartment accommodates devices up to 16 inches with a soft lining to prevent scratches. Inside, the main equipment area is fully padded for protection and includes a rear access zipper for added security in crowded spaces, as well as locking zipper pulls compatible with a user supplied padlock. Four long and five short folding dividers attach with touch fasteners so you can customize the layout to suit your kit, and multiple interior pockets on the back flap store filters, batteries, memory cards, cables, and a tablet. The separate clothing compartment opens wide with a wraparound zipper for easy packing and includes a tie down strap to compress garments, four mesh slip pockets for accessories, and a large mesh pocket on the flap. For carrying comfort, the bag offers adjustable padded shoulder straps, an internal suspension system with aluminum stays for improved stability, a padded top grab handle, and a secondary strap handle for hanging. A quick release sternum strap helps prevent shifting during active movement, while a removable and adjustable waist belt adds stability over uneven terrain and extra security in crowded areas. A built in trolley sleeve allows the backpack to slide over the handle of rolling luggage for seamless airport travel.
