Its Arca-type compatible ball head features a tungsten disulfide coating to ensure smooth movement with minimal sticking or slipping, along with a lever release lock that secures the included quick release plate. A built-in bubble level helps maintain level horizons, and the large locking knob includes a friction control dial for precise counterbalancing of camera and lens weight. The tripod legs use Gitzo's patented 6X carbon eXact tubing to deliver exceptional rigidity while keeping overall weight as low as possible.
