Profoto expands its LED lineup with the L600D Daylight Mono-LED Light, a fully integrated unit that eliminates the need for an external ballast. Built for fast-paced work, the 13-pound fixture delivers powerful, professional-quality light in a compact form. Lighter than the L1600D, the 600W model keeps key features like the HydroCTech cooling system, modern control options, and reliable performance for cinematic environments. Its Core LED engine ensures accurate color and strong light output, while the fixed 5600K color temperature supports smooth dimming from 0.1 to 100 percent with no flicker. The result is quiet operation, fast setup, and consistent lighting for creative professionals.

Known for powerful strobes, Profoto now brings that same excellence to a lightweight LED with high brightness. Its ballast-free design is ideal for demanding schedules and supports flicker-free output at any frame rate. Drawing 650 watts and delivering 95 percent light efficiency, the L600D produces 13100 lux at 9.8 feet. The advanced dimming system includes four curve modes - linear, exponential, logarithmic, and S-curve - for smooth transitions. It also boasts exceptional color accuracy, with CRI 97, TLCI 99, and SSI 86 for precise rendering.

The L600D offers a range of control options through onboard buttons and screen display, along with wireless management using Profoto Air, AirX, DMX, and CRMX. Wireless connections are possible up to 328 feet away. The HydroCTech liquid cooling keeps the light quiet and efficient, even in sound-sensitive setups. Future updates can be installed through the USB-C port or wirelessly via the Profoto app.

Weighing just 13 pounds with its yoke, the L600D is easy to handle and mount. It works with over 50 Profoto modifiers using the standard 100mm mount.
