Blending instant photography, short video recording, and modern connectivity into a compact all in one design, the FUJIFILM instax mini Evo Cinema Hybrid Instant Camera turns everyday scenes into physical cinematic memories. Drawing inspiration from Super 8 film cameras of the 1960s, it features a vertical grip, classic analog style controls, and a satisfying print lever that deliver a shooting experience rooted in nostalgia while remaining firmly modern. The ability to capture still photos, record brief video clips, and immediately print on instax mini film creates a hands on and engaging way to make, hold, and share moments.

Built as a true three in one device, the mini Evo Cinema captures photos and records video clips up to 15 seconds in length while also serving as a wireless printer for smartphone images. Video clips can be combined either in camera or through the instax mini Evo app, where they can be trimmed, rearranged, and enhanced with cinematic opening and ending titles before being shared. Videos can also be converted into instax prints that include scannable QR codes, allowing playback or downloading on a smartphone.

At the core of the creative experience is the Eras Dial, a tactile control that recreates the visual and audio feel of different decades of imaging history. From the textured grain of early film to the cleaner look of contemporary digital media, each effect reshapes both photos and videos with period accurate color, noise, contrast, and sound. Ten era inspired effects ranging from the 1930s through the 2020s are available, each with ten adjustable intensity levels to produce a wide variety of distinctive looks, complete with audio elements such as the subtle whir of film reels.

The mini Evo Cinema is equipped with a 5MP CMOS sensor and a bright f2 28mm equivalent lens that captures 3 by 4 JPEG stills designed specifically for instant printing. Images can be reviewed on the 1.54 inch rear LCD before printing on instax mini instant film at 318 dpi, producing vivid color and crisp detail. Still images are recorded at a resolution of 1920 by 2560 with ISO settings from 100 to 1600, automatic exposure, and 256 zone metering, while a microSD card slot allows for expanded storage.

Connecting the camera to the instax mini Evo app unlocks additional creative flexibility and streamlined sharing. Photos and videos can be transferred wirelessly, edited, trimmed, and merged into movies up to 30 seconds long, or arranged as movie poster style instax prints with custom titles and text. Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi Fi connectivity also allow direct printing of smartphone images to instax mini film.

Designed with a carefully crafted analog inspired body, the mini Evo Cinema enhances the enjoyment of shooting while offering practical modern features. A built in flash and continuous LED light help illuminate challenging scenes for both photos and video, while an internal rechargeable battery with USB C charging adds everyday convenience.
